What You Will Do
- Provide professional psychological and clinical consultation to employees regarding personal, emotional, and work-related concerns.
- Deliver counseling and wellbeing support through telephone, live chat, and video sessions (immediate and scheduled services).
- Assess and respond to crisis situations with appropriate intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and case records in a timely manner.
- Manage assigned client cases and ensure appropriate follow-up and resolution.
- Facilitate referrals to relevant support services, including medical or community resources when required.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology only
- Must be a Licensed Registered Psychologist with a valid Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license in the Philippines
- Experience in counseling, clinical practice, or wellbeing programs is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of professional ethics in psychological practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer proficiency for documentation and communication tasks.
- Ability to work with diverse clients and organizational environments.
