I am a Business Transformation and Operational Excellence practitioner with 10 years of experience across business strategy, business analysis, operations, risk management, process improvement, and program management.
Currently serving as Head of Business Transformation & Operational Excellence at PT Perusahaan Pengelola Aset (Persero), I have led business transformation initiatives involving digital business development, process redesign, operational improvement, risk controls, and cross-functional collaboration.
My experience includes leading initiatives that improved financing SLA from 3 business days to H+1 and generated approximately IDR 2 billion in new revenue during an initial pilot, as well as revamping a Business Analyst process that generated more than IDR 100 billion in additional company revenue following implementation.
